OCEAN presents new EU "ship supply law" and VAT considerations at ANPAN General Assembly

It was a first for Italian and European Ship Supply! The entire General Assembly of ANPAN - the Italian Ship Supply Association, which happens from 29 April - 2 May in Napels, Italy, was webstreamed live on www.anpan.it - the associations webpage. Mr. Mielken, customs and tax representative from the OCEAN office presented the current work of OCEAN in the fields of customs and taxation commenting on the new "ship supply" law and developments in VAT for services onboard of vessels.
